Territory Manager – Analytical InstrumentsSydney South & Illawarra

An outstanding opportunity is available to join a global leader in analytical instrumentation used across laboratory and chemical analysis environments. We are seeking a driven and commercially astute Territory Manager to manage the Sydney South and Illawarra territory.

You will join a close-knit, high-performing team and report directly to the Sales Director, taking ownership of sales growth and customer relationships across your territory. This role suits a motivated sales professional with strong technical aptitude and a passion for delivering customer-focused solutions.

The Role

  • Manage and grow an established territory across Sydney South and the Illawarra
  • Work closely with an experienced Sales Director (20+ years with the organisation)
  • Represent a growing and innovative portfolio, with new products launching in the near future
  • Promote analytical instrumentation and laboratory/process equipment to both public and private sector customers
  • Build long-term customer partnerships through consultative, solution-based selling

About You

  • Tertiary qualification or background in Industrial Chemistry, Science, or a related field
  • Previous sales experience within industrial, laboratory, or scientific environments highly regarded
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear customer value
  • Commercially focused, with proven success in a similar autonomous sales role
  • Confident negotiator with a strong sales mindset and results-driven approach
  • Ability to diagnose applications and operational challenges relating to analytical systems
