This is a permanent full-time role based in multiple locations across Australia. What You'll Do
- Build and execute a proactive sales strategy to identify, pursue and secure new partner opportunities that deliver sustained growth
- Generate and manage a strong pipeline through consistent outreach, networking and engagement with prospective partners across key segments
- Convert qualified opportunities into signed partnerships and revenue outcomes through structured, disciplined sales activity
- Lead end to end partner acquisition, from initial contact through to onboarding and activation, ensuring a smooth and effective experience
- Track pipeline performance and continuously refine your approach using insights to improve conversion rates and overall sales outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partner activity with customer value and maximise commercial impact
What You'll Bring
- Demonstrated sales delivery against targets in a business development or new business role
- Proven ability to build pipeline and convert opportunities into measurable revenue outcomes
- Strong resilience and persistence, with confidence operating in a high activity, target driven environment
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and act quickly to secure outcomes
- Experience working autonomously, managing multiple priorities and maintaining momentum
- Background in sales driven environments, including insurance, financial services or other high volume sectors
