Do you have strong analytical skills and high attention to detail?The Opportunity With the continued success and growth of our organisation comes the opportunity for an experienced Finance Officer to join our team. Under the support and guidance of the Revenue Manager, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day accounts receivable operations. Your contributions will be instrumental in accomplishing objectives related to invoicing, claims processing, transaction management, and reconciliations. You will also actively engage in collaborative efforts with internal departments and service participants to deliver accurate, timely and compliant financial services to support the operational needs of the business. Responsibilities This role will be full-time, working Monday to Friday in our Head Office located in Coniston, where you will work collectively with finance team members in undertaking the following responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable tasks, for example, invoicing, claiming, receipting, stakeholder enquiries and debt collections.
- Regular reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.
- Collaboration with internal team members to support internal reporting, system updates and processing.
The base salary for this role is between $76,000 and $81,000 (plus superannuation) dependent upon relevant experience and qualification. As The Successful Candidate, You Will Have
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally supported by a relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance
- Strong communication skills with proven ability to collaborate with internal departments and service participants to develop on-time proposals.
- A passion for numbers and a knack for problem-solving to meet deadlines and complex challenges.

- Commitment to a long-term career and continual learning.
- Knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is desirable.
