About the Role:We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take charge of end-to-end warehouse and logistics performance, ensuring seamless, safe, and cost-efficient operations. Working closely with the Managing Director, you’ll provide strategic direction, lead and develop high-performing teams, and drive continuous improvement across processes and systems. Based in Wollongong, New South Wales, this role is pivotal in upholding service excellence and operational integrity across the organisation. Key Responsibilities:Overseeing and optimising end-to-end warehouse, logistics, and inventory operations to ensure seamless and efficient performance.Leading and developing teams to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.Driving and implementing process enhancements to improve speed, accuracy, and overall operational efficiency.Managing and allocating resources effectively to maintain cost control and meet financial and performance objectives.Collaborating and aligning with cross-functional teams to support organisational goals and deliver exceptional service outcomes. About You:Proven experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management within a manufacturing or distribution environment.Strong leadership in managing warehouse and logistics teams, with a focus on performance, safety, and efficiency.Hands-on expertise in inventory control, demand planning, and ERP/WMS systems to ensure data accuracy and smooth operations.Possess analytical and decision-making skills to optimise processes, control costs, and improve operational outcomes.Thrive in a dynamic environment with the ability to prioritise, delegate, and drive continuous improvement across all operational functions.
