About The Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager -Client-Side to lead the successful delivery of property and infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for guiding project teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across all stages of the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Include

• Leading end-to-end project delivery across multiple projects
• Managing time, cost, and quality outcomes
• Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Administering consultant and construction contracts
• Preparing project reports and governance documentation
• Supporting tenders and business development activities

This is a full-time, office-based role in Wollongong. About You You are a confident and detail-oriented leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys mentoring others. You will ideally bring:

• 4+ years of experience for Project Manager applicants, and 7+ years for Senior Project Manager applicants.
• Qualifications in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
• Strong background in design management and contract administration
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
• A valid Australian driver’s licence
