Are you an experienced Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner ready to take the next step into leadership?

Inclusive Allied Health is a values-driven disability service provider supporting young people and adults across Greater Adelaide. We’re expanding our PBS service and seeking a passionate, experienced Advanced / Proficient PBS Practitioner – Stream Lead to guide clinical excellence, mentor others, and drive service development.

The Role.

As our PBS Stream Lead, you’ll:

✨ Lead the Positive Behaviour Support stream – shaping service direction, quality, and outcomes.

✨ Provide neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, and evidence-based behaviour support to participants with complex needs.

✨ Supervise and support PBS practitioners, fostering reflective practice and skill growth.

✨ Drive service innovation, compliance, and clinical governance initiatives.

✨ Collaborate closely with participants, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful outcomes

About You.

You’re a confident practitioner and emerging leader who brings:

  • NDIS registration as a Proficient or Advanced PBS Practitioner.
  • A strong foundation in neuro-affirming and trauma-informed practice.
  • Demonstrated ability to support complex participants and mentor others.
  • Understanding of compliance, quality, and governance frameworks.
  • A deep commitment to inclusion, human rights, and empowering people with disability to live full and self-directed lives.
