  • Conduct regular company site visits to better assess capabilities and build strong relationships.
  • Maintain and update business data in a CRM to ensure businesses are matched with relevant work opportunities.
  • Work with project proponents to identify capable local suppliers for their needs.
  • Attend industry events and networking forums to promote local industry.
  • Assist the ICN NT team in mapping local supply chains and industry networks to support strategies for new and emerging industries.

What we’re looking for:

We are seeking an individual who is proactive, adaptable, and passionate about supporting local businesses.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience working with industry, trade, or supply chain networks.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office and CRM systems (CRM preferred but not essential).
  • A background in Project Management or Business Development would be advantageous but not essential.

Why work for ICN NT?

  • Diverse role - a blend of business networking, industry advocacy, maintaining supplier information, and contributing to supply chain insights keeps every day fresh and engaging
  • Supportive workplace - we’re a tight-knit team that values collaboration, efficiency, and a sense of humour.
  • Industry exposure - work closely with industry leaders, senior executives, and key NT businesses, expanding your network and industry knowledge.
  • Flexibility - while we have a high-performance culture, we also understand work-life balance and value a supportive work environment.
