Senior Contract Administrator - Sydney CBD

An exciting opportunity for a talented Senior Contract Administrator who is ready to take the next step in their career on a large commercial project for a $150 million Commercial Build in Sydney's CBD on a project due to start next month.What are we looking for?

Infinity is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator in Sydney's CBD where you will report to the Project Manager and work collaboratively with the project team and other associated partners.

A successful candidate will have, but is not limited to:

• Minimum of 6+ years of proven track record experience working for a head contractor.
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with partners and key stakeholders.
• Contract Administration and technical construction knowledge on commercial projects of up to $50million+
• Excellent understanding of industry practices, processes, and standards and law.
• Proficient in Cheops is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills, written and verbal.
