Branch Manager - Scaffolding - Newcastle

To manage, control and lead all aspects of the new Newcastle business Role & Responsibilities Accountability for the Operational, Commercial, Business Development and Financial delivery of the branch in line with the UK Business Plan. Deliver Revenue and Profit in line with the Branch Budget Full P&L accountability Ensuring that the Branch operates in compliance with relevant regulations, legislations and company processes, policies and best practices Develop hire and sales customers and margins in line with the budget and business plan Monitor labour allocation Effectively lead and manage all staff Essentials Previous experience in Branch Management within the scaffolding/construction industry In depth knowledge of the scaffolding business and able to demonstrate previous hands-on experience. Experience in managing a large, complex, labour intensive, customer-facing operation Experience of successfully running a large profit and loss trading statement
