About the role

Role Description The Client Services Officer, Life Insurance is a full time, on site role based in Neutral Bay, NSW. The role supports our clients by phone and email, answering their questions, keeping their records accurate and making sure nothing is missed.


Day to day, the role manages inbound and outbound client calls, works alongside our authorised advisers, and keeps detailed records in Xplan. It includes assisting with policy documentation and providing information to clients.


The role starts with a client contact programme running over the next few months, which will make up most of the first few months of work. Full training is provided.


Qualifications and experience

  • Strong client service skills, with a focus on responding quickly and getting it right the first time
  • Confident on the phone, including with clients who did not expect your call and clients who want to talk
  • Careful written record keeping, with real attention to detail
  • Experience in financial services, life insurance or superannuation administration
  • Experience with Xplan is an advantage


Qualifications

  • Strong Client Services and Customer Support skills, with a focus on delivering responsive and reliable assistance.
  • Well-developed Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage effectively with clients, advisers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated commitment to Customer Satisfaction, including proactive problem-solving and follow-through on client requests.
  • Experience in financial services or life insurance administration is highly regarded.
  • Ability to work efficiently in an on-site team environment, managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM or client management systems and standard office software.
  • Relevant qualifications in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience in client service roles.
