About the Role:
Are you looking to grow alongside a small but rapidly expanding business?
We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Administration / Commercial Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating systems and processes, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is confident managing the day-to-day operations of a busy company. Reporting into the Managing Director, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our internal processes run smoothly while supporting various departments with essential administrative and commercial functions.
About you:
· Proven experience in administration or office management (minimum 4+ years).
· Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities at once.
· Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, MYOB (or similar systems), and comfortable with technology.
· Experience in developing office systems and procedures is a strong advantage.
· Experience in an ISO 9001 environment would be highly valued
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
· Manage supplier relationships, including placing orders and following up on deliveries and pickups.
· Respond to enquiries, filtering incoming requests, and coordinate quote bookings.
· Handle invoicing, payment processing, and financial tracking.
· Oversee the servicing and maintenance schedule for the company fleet.
· Manage job scheduling, including maintaining a rolling 3-month plan and coordinating weekly schedules.
· Organise team travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and vehicle bookings.
· Process staff expenses and financial records using MYOB.
· Oversee daily operations of both the office and warehouse.
· Develop, implement, and maintain company systems and operational processes.
· Carry out additional administrative and operational duties as required to support business needs.
· Support the Managing Director on managing key projects
· Lead the internal development and day to day control of the ISO 9001 implementation
