Our team, led by Director Louise with over 20 years of experience, specializes in trauma-informed, evidence-based assessment and support for people with complex needs.

Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for proficient and above Behaviour Support Practitioners located in Melbourne, VIC, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves conducting behaviour assessments, developing and implementing behaviour support plans, and providing therapeutic support and training. Practitioners will also engage in supervision, data collection and analysis, and client satisfaction evaluations. The role requires collaboration with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure effective support and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting Behaviour Assessments and developing Behaviour Support Plans
• Skills in therapeutic support, coaching, and training
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and data collection skills
• Experience in client satisfaction surveys and feedback analysis
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Relevant qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or a related field
• Experience with trauma-informed practices and supporting individuals with disabilities, Autism, mental health needs, or significant trauma histories
