Senior Software Developer/Software Developer (EL1 /APS4/APS5/APS6 Level)-Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth

One of our federal Government clients is seeking to engage Senior Software Developers/Software Developers for Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth locations

Please note Candidate must have NV1 or Higher Security clearanceInitial contract duration-15 months

Extension term-24 months

Location of work- Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne and PerthWorking arrangements-Onsite1- Senior Software Developer - (EL1 Level)Technical Skills:

•Degree in Computer Science or related field.

•Experience in the Cyber Security or related domain would be highly regarded.

•Demonstrated competence in Java software development (.Net or other programming experience will also be considered).

•Demonstrated competence with Python and/or similar experience with other scripting languages.

•Experienced in developing and deploying software within a Linux / UNIX environment.

•Demonstrated competence in the use of automation and deployment tools.

Software Developers - APS6 LevelTechnical skills:

•Demonstrated experience in development languages/frameworks such as Python, Java, Java MessagingService, Javascript/Typescript, J2EE, RESTful web services, Django and Ruby, Kubernetes, OpenShift.

•Demonstrated experience using Puppet, Ansible and Docker automation tools.

•Demonstrated experience using React.

Associate Software Developers - APS4 and APS5 Level

Technical skills:

•Experience in development languages/frameworks such as Python, Java, Java Messaging Service, Javascript/Typescript, J2EE, RESTful web services, Django and Ruby, Kubernetes, OpenShift.

•Experience in or knowledge of Puppet, Ansible and Docker automation tools.
