Key responsibilities

  • Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive front-end components and back-end services using modern best practices.
  • AI-Driven Development: Actively use GitHub Copilot and Microsoft Copilot Studio to accelerate coding, generate unit tests, and refactor code.
  • System Integration: Create custom Copilot plugins and integrate AI agents with company data sources via Microsoft Graph and API connectors.
  • Prompt Engineering: Design, test, and refine prompts to improve the quality, accuracy, and safety of Copilot outputs.
  • Collaboration & Support: Work with senior engineers to implement features, troubleshoot AI-driven application behaviour, and document processes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Junior Experience: 3-5 years of experience in full-stack development, or equivalent experience in an intensive apprenticeship/startup environment.
  • Technical Stack: Proficiency in HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and at least one backend technology (Node.js/Express, Python/FastAPI).
  • Copilot Experience: Practical experience with GitHub Copilot in IDEs (VS Code) for code generation and debugging.
  • Microsoft Ecosystem: Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 environment.
  • AI Curiosity: Strong desire to stay current with AI tools and evaluate how they can drive productivity.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio for creating low-code AI agents.
  • Knowledge of Azure OpenAI services, Dataverse, and prompt engineering techniques.
  • Understanding of software security, data governance, and compliance within AI workflows.
