About Jadecorp

Since 1997, Jadecorp has shaped Queensland living as both builder and developer. Privately owned and family-led, we specialise in boutique, design-driven residential, retail and mixed-use projects across Brisbane’s inner suburbs.

Guided by the philosophy “Queensland Living - A Life Well Built,” we stay hands-on from first sketch to final handover across design, development and construction, carrying Queensland living into its next generation. With a 100% project completion record and long-standing relationships with consultants, trades, suppliers and most importantly, our staff.

Why Jadecorp

Our small, highly experienced team thrives in a high-performance environment, where people are trusted early and gain real ownership. For a Project Manager, this is a rare opportunity to operate inside a true builder–developer model, with fewer layers, faster decisions, and full visibility across the delivery lifecycle.

  • Boutique Experts - Since 1997, we’ve built a reputation for boutique development, giving staff real project ownership.
  • Small, High-Performing Team – You’ll have real impact on projects. You won’t be just a number, you’ll be trusted early and expected to own outcomes.
  • We Control Our Own Projects – As a builder–developer, you’ll be part of a team that decides and executes quickly.
  • Relationships Matter – We’ve built long-standing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and suppliers that underpin quality, consistency and delivery certainty.
  • Design-Led, Premium Projects – Deliver boutique multi-residential projects where detail, durability and presentation matter.
  • Long-Term Career Growth – Learn alongside experienced builders and developers, with clear opportunity to grow as your capability expands.
  • Strong Pipeline – The Rockwell now, Jadecorp House next, and future acquisitions already in motion.

About the Role

We’re looking for a capable Project Manager - Development to join our delivery team across The Rockwell, Jadecorp House and future pipeline projects. This role sits at the centre of project coordination and control, driving the delivery strategy and success of projects.

You’ll work closely with our Construction Manager, Site Manager, Contracts Administrator and Development Manager in an integrated team environment, not a fragmented “builder vs developer” structure. You’ll be expected to take ownership, stay ahead of the job, and lead with a calm, solutions-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery planning across design coordination, construction methodology, approvals interfaces, procurement sequencing, programme development and cost control.
  • Manage consultants, contractors and key stakeholders to ensure outcomes align with the project vision, objectives and quality benchmark.
  • Maintain a disciplined look-ahead process, identify constraints early, and drive recovery actions to protect key milestones.
  • Coordinate procurement planning and long-lead tracking to keep site moving (packages, lead times, approvals, manufacture milestones and delivery logistics).
  • Support the development and maintenance of accurate budgets, cashflows and reporting, working closely with the CA and leadership team.
  • Support the team to maintain benchmark quality, reduce rework, and ensure inspection/ITP requirements are met and evidenced.
  • Support close-out readiness: commissioning documentation, certifications, O&Ms, warranties, as-builts, and handover preparation.

The Successful Candidate

  • High-performance growth mindset
  • Passionate about residential construction and delivering premium outcomes.
  • 3–5+ years’ experience in residential construction/project delivery (multi-res preferred).
  • A builder’s mindset with a premium standard
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence, High initiative, organised, and accountable
  • A strong communicator who works well with contractors, consultants and internal teams.
  • Systems confident (Dashpivot/PlanRadar or similar) with strong Excel/Office capability.
