Full Job Description

Our client is a global SaaS vendor, a Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader and visionary, who have been voted in the top 100 employers by Forbes. As a result of growth they're looking for some outstanding BDM's to sell their software solutions into a portfolio of net new and existing customers in the SMB sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively 'hunting' for new business opportunities, targeting the SMB sector - up to 500 seats - NB: you will have SDR/BDR support in this role (1:2 ratio)
  • Selling the company's market leading, multi-module SaaS platform
  • Negotiate prospective client's complex internal approval processes
  • Negotiate complex contracts with company owners, founders, operators and C level execs
  • Work collaboratively across multiple business functions to ensure smooth delivery
  • Effectively managing a geographical territory, pipeline creation, accurate budgeting and forecasting
  • Manage and track your activities via Salesforce

Skills Required:

  • New business hinters with a minimum of 12 months in a SaaS/software closing sales experience
  • Current/previous SaaS SDR's who have closed in a different industry may be considered (min 3 years all up)
  • Top performer with a proven track record of exceeding new business sales targets
  • Outgoing, energetic, driven personality with strong presentation and communications skills
  • Formal sales training with strong sales process and rigour
