Role Summary:

As our International Education Sales Advisor, you’ll guide students through every step of their international education journey. From the first message to landing in their dream destination, you’ll offer expert advice, build trust, and help them turn their study goals into reality.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalised guidance to students about study and visa options in Australia and other destinations.

• Manage inquiries via email, phone, social media, and WhatsApp.

• Conduct consultations (in person and online) to identify student goals and recommend tailored programs.

• Support students with documentation and liaise with education providers and partners.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up on leads efficiently.

• Represent the agency at events, expos, and internal training sessions.

• Meet monthly sales goals while delivering exceptional service.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement sales-driven campaigns, content ideas, and lead generation strategies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or education consulting is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Goal-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, WhatsApp, and Google Workspace.

• Fluency in Spanish is required. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of another language is a plus.
