Senior Manager, Enterprise Compliance - Superannuation

ABOUT OUR CLIENT Our client is an ASX-listed global financial services organisation who are seeking a Senior Enterprise Compliance Manager to join the team in a newly created role.  ABOUT THE ROLE They are seeking a Senior Enterprise Compliance Manager specialising in superannuation. This Melbourne or Sydney-based role reports directly to the Head of Compliance. The position is pivotal in supporting the superannuation business as they enhance, build and implement strong line 2 compliance practices across the business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Advise on compliance for superannuation, prudential standards, and regulatory matters;
• Manage compliance incidents, breaches, and remediation;
• Maintain compliance registers and monitoring programs;
• Review vendor compliance and conduct audits;
• Represent compliance in forums and escalate issues as needed;
• Deliver compliance training to staff and stakeholders;
• Prepare compliance reports for governance bodies; and
• Monitor and implement regulatory changes.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in superannuation compliance;
• Has a proven ability to manage incidents, report breaches, and engage effectively with regulators such as APRA, ASIC, and AUSTRAC.
• Tertiary qualifications in law, economics, business, commerce or related field preferred;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; 
• Highly motivated, energetic, and capable of working autonomously; AND
• Ability to perform under tight deadlines.
