Site Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Administrator to support the delivery of a key construction project. Working closely with the project team in Darwin City, you’ll provide administrative and operational support to keep things running smoothly onsite. This part-time role offers approximately 30 hours per week with flexible hours available, and you will report to the project managers. What You’ll Do

• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly project reports
• Support the site team with safety lookaheads and compliance documentation
• Perform general office administration (meeting minutes, filing, supplies, etc.)
• Assist with document control, ensuring accurate and timely records
• Obtain and manage supplier and subcontractor quotes
• Coordinate onboarding paperwork, inductions, and site registers
• Provide ad hoc project support and respond to team requests as needed

What You'll Bring

• White Card (preferable or willingness to obtain)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint essential)
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of presentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• High level of organisation and time management
• Interest in developing skills in invoice batching or project finance (desirable)
• Previous experience in a construction or site-based admin role (advantageous but not essential)
