Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications using modern programming languages
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver solutions
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects
• Maintain documentation and follow software development best practices
• Ensure software solutions meet performance, scalability, and security standards
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and software development trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Understanding of Australian workplace standards and professional practices

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with web frameworks (React, Angular, Django, Spring)
• Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL)
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
