Senior Business Analyst

Global brand and local success story is looking for a talented Senior Business Analyst with strong knowledge of Online, digital and web to join the team. This is a rare 12 month contract!

Coming in at the beginning of the project you will be facilitating inception-level workshops to draw out requirements as well as collaborating with the UX/UI, development team and vendors to ensure that the requirements in the product backlog are defined, designed and deliver sufficient value before adding them to the release pipeline.

Day to day role and responsibilities include:

• Liaise with business and I.T. stakeholders to elicit and document requirements
• Establish & maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders and suppliers
• Work with the business to identify value-adding opportunities

Skills and experience

• Demonstrable skills working within a high performing technical team, to deliver outstanding experiences across web and mobile
• Ability to speak with stakeholders to elicit their goals, ideas and requirements
• Ability to communicate discoveries from investigation and explain the thinking behind design concepts
• Adaptable to accommodate changing business requirements and communicate around change positively
• Experience of managing requirements, ensuring user stories, design and acceptance criteria is clear
• Act as a strong intermediary in constructive discussion to ensure that business/user requirements are delivered by managing expectations coupled with the ability to build / maintain trust.
• Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
• Experience in building designs through an iterative process
