Client Success Partner About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic, people-focused Client Success Partner to join our team in a full-time role. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, loves problem-solving, and can keep their cool when clients need extra support.

You’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they get the best possible experience while working with us. The core focus of this role is expanding services with current clients, delivering ongoing value, and making sure clients continue to extend their engagement with us. You’ll also play a role in the sales process, running discovery and sensemaking calls with low- and mid-tier clients across a wide range of industries.

With your background in customer service, consulting, or sales, you’ll use your people skills and marketing knowledge to translate our work into terms clients understand and get things done quickly.

We see this sales as more sensemaking (helping our clients understand and solve their problems) rather than a greasy slicked back hair door to door sales approach. 

What You'll Do

●  Be the client's go-to person.

●  Build trust, know their business.

●  Serve well. Answer fast. Stay professional. Show you care.

●  Turn client needs into clear requests. Explain solutions simply.

●  Know your limits. Get help when needed, bring in experts.

●  Stay ahead. Check in often. Spot what clients need before they ask.

●  Find growth opportunities & help existing clients expand.

●  Run discovery and sensemaking calls with low- and mid-tier clients across a wide array of industries

●  Expand services with existing clients by proactively identify and upsell new services that deliver additional value

●  Deliver consistent customer value and ensure clients continue to extend their engagement year after year 

●  Execute and build on the client success strategy

What We're Looking For

Essential:

●  High energy and people skills - you love talking to clients and stay upbeat in tough talks

●  Past experience in customer service, consulting, or sales with strong, fast work skills

●  Stay calm under pressure - don't take things to heart and bounce back quickly

●  Digital marketing background - at a company, agency, or your own business

●  Quick learner - say "I'll find out" and follow through fast

●  Great communicator - speak and write well

●  Think fast and find smart fixes for client problems

●  Take charge attitude - "let me handle that"

●  Run projects well
