Job Description

Posted on: November 14, 2025

Company Description For 30+ years, Aussie has helped 1.5 million Australians achieve homeownership. Today, we’re also helping them find, buy, and own — not just with loans, but with buyer’s agents. Backed by a trusted brand, award-winning support, and cutting-edge tech, we’re now building the fastest growing Buyer’s Agency in Australia. Job Description You’ll be the first point of contact for clients referred by Aussie brokers and marketing. These are warm, pre-qualified leads — your job is to convert them into committed buyers through consultative selling. As An Aussie Home Buying Sales Consultant, You’ll:

  • Only deal with qualified inbound appointments, delivered to you by Aussie mortgage brokers and associates. No outbound calling required.
  • Run structured discovery and strategy calls (video and phone).
  • Help clients understand the benefits of using a Buyer’s Agent.
  • Secure upfront payments and hand over warm clients to our Buyer’s agent team.
  • Manage objections and build trust using deep product and market knowledge.
  • Maintain a clean pipeline and forecast using Salesforce.

Qualifications Required:

  • Are a confident closer with 2+ years selling high-value products/services (preferably in real estate, mortgage broking, financial services, insurance, solar, home-improvements and other high-ticket B2C roles).
  • Strong ability to close sales and handle objections, with a consultative and customer-first approach.
  • Understand how to build trust in emotionally charged decisions (property, finance, insurance).
  • Know the Australian property landscape (or are eager to learn).
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, thriving in a target-based environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus) and other sales technology.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with mortgage brokers, buyer’s agents, or financial advisors.
  • Property owner or investor, with firsthand knowledge of the buying process.

Additional Information What’s in it for You? As part of this exciting new offering, you’ll have the chance to:

  • No cold calling: 100% inbound, pre-approved client leads
  • Top-tier earning potential: OTE of $150K+, with sales consultants earning $200K+
  • Iconic brand: Leverage Aussie’s 30-year legacy and trusted broker network
  • Real estate impact: Help everyday Australians buy better and invest smarter
  • Minimal admin: Focus on closing deals while a central support team handles backend operations
  • Tech enablement: Leverage innovative technology that simplifies workflow and client management

Additional Information Sales Process Execution

  • Own the end-to-end sales process, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to sign-up.
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand the next steps and feel confident in their decision.
  • Utilise CRM system to manage client interactions, track progress, and manage your sales funnel.
  • Work closely with the buyer’s agent team to ensure a smooth transition for clients post-sign-up.

Industry Knowledge & Market Insights

  • Stay informed about market trends and property investment strategies to provide relevant advice.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of buyer’s agent services and how they compare to traditional real estate buying approaches.
  • Ideally, have personal experience as a property owner or investor, or a keen interest in real estate and investment principles.
