Senior Consultant

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Brisbane with a hybrid working model.

You will bring:

• Consulting project or client experience in strategic or advisory roles
• SAP hands-on experience is highly preferred, though we understand if you don’t have it
• Experience on SAP projects, including strategy, planning, deployment or implementation
• A consultative approach with the ability to assess client needs and recommend effective solutions in solution design or strategy
• Solid relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect and collaborate across all levels of an organisation
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate to a range of client audiences, ensuring clarity and engagement
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, with expertise in MS PowerPoint mandatory

This is a rare consulting opportunity suited to SAP consultants looking for more flexibility, and greater opportunity for advancement. We are offering your next step on the consulting ladder into a more strategic position where you can help define client's deployment scope, strategy and high-level designs, roadmaps and business cases. You’ll be part of a team of forward-thinking consultants, where your ideas and expertise will make a real difference. In this role, you will bring your consulting skills in support of:

• Assessing and consulting on SAP transformation feasibility and implementation approaches (strong SAP experience preferred, though not mandatory)
• Supporting Business Case and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) definition and strategy
• Defining client's high-level current and future state requirements in advance of major SAP projects
• Client's vendor sourcing (for example Accenture, EY, PWC, etc) to undertake major SAP transformation projects
• Defining and advising on landscape upgrade and transformation strategies (Brownfield, Hybrid and Greenfield approaches)
• Educating and aligning clients with business transformation considerations

We are seeking Senior Consultant or Manager level consultants, though will consider all experience levels if you are above (or below) those levels.
