Local B-Double Drivers - PM Shifts

Our Brisbane Depot is under new leadership, and our Depot Manager is looking for experienced Local Drivers to join our afternoon shift team — $3,000 sign-on bonus available (conditions apply). Multiple start times available between 3pm – 6pm.What’s On Offer

• $3,000 Sign-On Bonus (conditions apply): Accept offer in April to start in April/May. Receive $1k after 2 months, $2k after 6 months.
• All-inclusive hourly rate of $40–$46 (depending on start time & days worked). This rate is built from the EA base ($34.29) and includes shift loading, overtime, and weekend penalties across a 42-hour afternoon shift week.
• Additional overtime available, paid at overtime rates
• Paid RDOs (approx. one per month)
• Guaranteed annual pay increases every July. 17.5% annual leave loading

What You’ll Do

• Drive refrigerated vehicles delivering fresh, chilled & general freight across Brisbane and surrounding areas
• Ensure freight is delivered safely, on time, and at the right temperature
• Use in-cab tech to scan freight & record deliveries
• Complete pre-starts and daily safety checks
• Follow road laws and safety procedures
• Work with loaders & depot teams to get the job done
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Operate in a safety-first environment

What You’ll Bring:

• Current MC licence
• Proven commercial driving experience (local or metro delivery experience is a bonus)
• Refrigerated or cold-chain experience is helpful, but not essential
• Good knowledge of Brisbane metro roads
• A safe driving record (current driving history report required)
• A strong focus on safety and doing the job properly
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, on time and take pride in your vehicle and your work
