Operations Processing Coordinator

Linfox’s Intermodal business unit is currently seeking an Operations Processing Coordinator to join the team located in East Arm NT. As a part of this role, you will be responsible for processing driver run sheets, uploading POD’s and utilising SharePoint amongst other administrative tasks. We currently have a permanent full-time opportunity available working Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm with reasonable overtime as needed. Key areas:

• Communicating with drivers/other teams to ensure that all work is completed for the day in line with customer expectations and safety/compliance guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to run sheets, POD’s and compliance.
• Providing administrative support to our Operations/Admin/Support teams daily

Are you the one?

• Previous experience in a similar role within a transport operations environment.
• Previous knowledge within the rail transport industry favourable
• Ability to work autonomously and provide timely, safe and effective service
• Strong work ethic with a passion for the industry and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Experience using Blue Yonder, SAP & MS Excel will be highly regarded.
• Ability to adapt to changing demands and pressures.
