Loan Market LMS is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Broker Partners. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for people who want to start a career in mortgage broking, even with no prior experience.

You will receive full training and mentorship while learning how to work with clients, structure home loans, and build a long-term career in the finance industry.

What You’ll Do

• Work with clients to understand their financial goals
• Assist in structuring home loan solutions
• Learn how to assess borrowing capacity
• Build relationships with clients and lenders
• Generate and manage leads
• Grow your own client base over time

About You

• Strong communication and people skills
• Background in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service (advantageous)
• Motivated, driven, and goal-oriented
• Interest in finance, property, or sales
• Willingness to learn and grow
• No prior experience required (full training provided)
