About The Role Reporting to the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and operational support of our Newcastle Depot, including coordination of lubricant sales and inventory management. This is a dynamic role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a busy depot environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Depot Manager and team
  • Coordinate lubricant orders, stock control, invoicing and dispatch
  • Manage inventory movements, receipting and end-of-month reconciliation processes
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with HSSE, Chain of Responsibility (COR) and company policies

Skills & Experience

  • Previous administration and data entry experience (essential)
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Physically capable of assisting with stock handling and manual tasks within a depot environment
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
  • Strong communication skills and customer service focus
  • Commitment to compliance, safety and continuous improvement
  • Forklift licence is an advantage
