The Lumus Imaging team at the Epping Consulting Centre in Epping are looking for a Part-time receptionist ( 3 -4 days Tuesday – Friday ) to join our department working closely with a team of dedicated and skilled individuals. We offer a large range of services including MRI, CT, Ultrasound, PET, Xrays, and Breastscreen so there is lots of variety, and this is for mostly outpatient appointments with the odd patient from a hospital transfer. The department has opening hours between 7am and 9pm and there is some slight variability in the shift times available. There is also some weekend work available with good renumeration for those who are interested. In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service and care, including greeting patients at the front desk, and handling incoming telephone calls.
• Managing radiology exam bookings.
• Performing general clerical duties.
• Efficiently managing patient records with exceptional data entry skills.
• Maintaining courteous communication with other receptionists, referring doctors, and medical professionals.
• Handling billing and banking tasks related to Medicare, DVA, health funds, and work cover.
