Make a Difference - Empower Women and ChildrenLutheran Services is seeking proactive and passionate Senior Case Manager (Children) to join our Community Services division. You will collaborate with case managers and service teams to support individuals and families with compassion and innovation.
_Location: Brisbane, QLD Employment Type: Full-Time, Fixed Term position (Maternity Leave Cover)__Contract End Date: August 2026 |__Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM__Remuneration: $52.02 to $54.38 per hour + Super + Salary Packaging_About The Role: Are you a compassionate and experienced case manager committed to supporting women and children impacted by domestic and family violence? As a Senior Case Manager, you will:
- Provide high-quality outreach and refuge-based case management
- Deliver risk assessments, safety planning, individualised support plans and individual counselling to children living in refuge
- Mentor Case Managers and contribute to professional development within the team
- Work within trauma-informed and strengths-based frameworks
- Participate in after-hours on-call service (on rotation)
About You:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or extensive experience in family/domestic violence or social services
- Strong case management and risk assessment skills
- Cultural competence and ability to work with CALD communities
- Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Blue Card, valid QLD Driver’s Licence, and willingness to participate in on-call roster
