MEP Commercial Manager

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Commercial management of MEP subcontract packages from procurement through final account.
• Manage tendering activities, including procurement of subcontract packages and materials.
• Provide robust commercial reporting, cost control, and change management support.
• Identify, manage, and report risks and opportunities to protect project value.
• Prepare advanced financial models and strategic summaries to present commercial performance and risks clearly to C-suite and senior management.
• Drive profitability through value engineering, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to support net-zero carbon delivery outcomes.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Tech-forward mindset with a strong willingness or demonstrated capability to adopt emerging technologies (AI tools, BIM, and emerging construction software) to enhance accuracy and streamline project delivery.
• Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or equivalent qualification.
• MRICS (or equivalent (AIQS)) preferred.
• Strong commercial management, cost control, contract, and reporting capability.
• Collaborative communicator with a commitment to sustainability and client success.
