We’re looking for an Operations Officer to help keep our mission moving. This isn’t your average desk job. You’ll be the friendly voice answering calls, the organiser behind flight bookings, and the steady hand helping customers, passengers, pilots, and operational teams stay connected. Note: This position is only open to applicants with current Australian work rights due to immigration restrictions. A Criminal History Check will form part of the recruitment process for successful applicants. ResponsibilitiesYour days could include:

• Coordinating flight reservations and customer enquiries
• Assisting with freight, passenger check-in, and aircraft loading
• Processing payments, invoices, and operational finance tasks
• Communicating schedule updates, delays, and operational changes
• Working closely with pilots and the operations team to keep flights running smoothly

Placement Details:

• Starts: Oct 2026
• Must be 18+ years old
• This is a paid placement, but you’ll need to cover your own flights, food, insurance & essentials
• Accommodation and daily transport provided by MAF Arnhem Land
