Education Counsellor

Core Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with the clients
• Provide consultation regarding courses and institutions in Australia
• Provide reliable, accurate, and comprehensive information about education and visa services to clients
• Guide the clients and follow up on the required documents for processing
• Follow up with clients regarding their document procedure
• Handle and solve queries and grievances of clients
• Coordinate and assist the Admissions and Visa Team regarding the processing of the students
• Understand the needs of clients and identify potential opportunities

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree Completed
• 1+ years of experience in the Education Consulting Field
