It is your chance to make a real impact. As a Dealer Business Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind Mazda’s success in NSW. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Dealer Principals and leadership teams to boost performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Your influence will span sales, service, and parts – ensuring every dealership delivers the premium Mazda experience.

This role requires a full-time, on-site presence and visiting dealers, five days a week, to foster collaboration, strengthen team connections, and ensure seamless support across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute quarterly business plans for sales, service, and parts to meet KPIs
  • Analyse dealer performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Support integration of Mazda standards and programs across dealership operations
  • Champion The Mazda Mindset and sustainability initiatives within the dealer network
  • Report on dealer performance and present insights to the Mazda Executive Team

About You:

You’re a natural leader and relationship builder who thrives on achieving results. You love turning challenges into opportunities and have the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.

To be successful, you will have:

  • A degree in business or a related discipline
  • 3–5 years’ experience in business development or a similar role, ideally in automotive or retail
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to analyse data, prioritise competing demands, and deliver results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools like Outlook and Teams
