We are looking to appoint a Senior Associate to our specialised Family Law practice group. The Opportunity You will be part of a dynamic team and have exposure to interesting and challenging matters. You will have direct access to a dedicated Principal and Special Counsel and will further develop your skills in the practice area. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior staff and contribute to the growth of the team. Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Minimum 5 + years post admission experience exclusively in Family Law, with experience in drafting Financial Agreements favourable;
- Strong technical skills and ability to run files with minimum supervision;
- Experience representing clients in contested Court proceedings, including, by appearing at procedural court events;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and interpersonal;
- Experience and/or willingness to mentor junior team members; and
- A team player attitude, strong attention to detail, and be ethically minded.
