About the Role
As a Project Administrator, you'll provide critical support to our on-site team. You'll manage financial processes, track project costs, and handle the necessary administrative tasks that keep our projects on schedule and on budget. Your role is vital to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our projects.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide regular administrative support to all on-site personnel.
- Manage, verify, and process monthly progress claims and customer reporting.
- Maintain and use project controls, including forecasting, cost tracking, and daily diaries.
- Validate invoices and subcontractor claims to ensure sufficient evidence for payment.
- Complete monthly project reporting and support the end-of-month processes.
- Champion accuracy in project reporting and other general administrative duties.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a marine, heavy fleet or construction environment.
- Proven administrative and finance administration experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Project.
- Experience using ERP systems like Pronto, Procore, or other similar systems.
- A positive, can-do attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
