Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Brisbane, QLD, for an Account Manager / Business Development Manager. The Account Manager / BDM will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily tasks will include developing and executing account management plans, identifying growth opportunities, handling client queries, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. The role requires effective communication, strategic planning, and continuous engagement with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Service
• Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans
• Knowledge of the IT/Office Supplies industry and products
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience working with brands such as HP, Lexmark, Samsung, and Microsoft is a plus
