• A passion for supporting a diverse, multicultural health and medical research institute
• Proven experience in senior HR roles and leading teams
• Extensive experience in designing and delivering strategic organisational development initiatives
• Experience managing complex employment matters, including conciliation and mediation
• Experience in the development of processes, policy and procedures
• Proven ability to lead and develop a small team of staff to deliver high-quality services
• A talent for building positive relationships, working collaboratively, and positively influencing workplace culture

• Base Salary: $131,384 - $141,337 per annum
• Total Remuneration Package: $160,057 - $172,035 per annum
• Generous leave provisions, including 6 weeks annual leave
• Salary packaging up to $15,900 per annum plus $2,650 meal and entertainment card (tax free)
• Option to increase superannuation to 14%
