As our Sales & Events Executive, you will be supporting sales growth, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring every detail is managed with precision and care. This role blends organisation, client engagement, commercial awareness, and creative coordination in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Job DescriptionWhat you will be doing:
- Prepare and follow up on sales & event proposals, quotes and contracts
- Support on-site event delivery and maintain a visible presence during key functions
- Support with sales enquiries, reporting, and admin
- Maintain and update the conference database to support repeat and future business
- Assist with marketing collateral, promotions and social content
QualificationsWhat you'll bring to the role:
- Experience in events, hospitality, sales or marketing support
- Strong organization and time management skills
- High level of written and verbal communication
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident client and stakeholder engagement skills
- A guest-focused mindset & passion for hospitality and events
