Paramedic Trainer

Casual Trainer – ParamedicLocation: Perth (travelling to our clients on site and at our Perth locations)

Employment Type: Casual Trainer Pool

We are seeking experienced AHPRA-registered Paramedics who hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) to join our growing trainer pool delivering nationally recognised First Aid and advanced training programs.

This is an excellent opportunity for paramedics who are passionate about education and want flexible training engagements alongside their clinical roles.

Key Responsibilities

·       Deliver nationally recognised First Aid and medical courses

·       Facilitate practical simulations, and scenario-based learning

·       Conduct learner assessments in accordance with RTO standards

·       Maintain high-quality, engaging, and compliant training delivery

About You

·       Current AHPRA Paramedic registration

·       Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122)

·       Strong clinical background with excellent communication and facilitation skills

·       Ability to deliver training across a range of settings

·       Commitment to professional, high-standard education delivery

·       Full Australian working rights (Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid work visa)
