Founding Commercial Partner / Co-Founder (B2B Growth) I’m building the next phase of Metarouge - an AI-led services and solutions business focused on helping organisations improve operations through AI automation, system integration, data-driven solutions, and high-quality product engineering. I’m looking for one strong commercial operator to help build the B2B growth engine from the ground up. This person can be based in Australia or the US. Initially, the focus will be on winning services business. Over time, the role will also help shape and grow the go-to-market for our own solutions. This role is for someone who wants more than a title and a salary cap. It is for someone who wants real upside, real influence, and a genuine pathway to long-term ownership. What you’ll do

  • Build and grow a high-value B2B pipeline
  • Open doors and create relationships with decision-makers
  • Win new business for our services and solutions
  • Help shape the go-to-market strategy
  • Work directly with me to build the commercial side of the business

Who this is for You may be a strong fit if you:

  • Have solid B2B sales or business development experience
  • Have sold technology services, software, digital transformation, or related offerings
  • Are commercially sharp and entrepreneurial
  • Know how to build trust and close consultative deals
  • Are excited to help build in either the Australian or US market
  • Want meaningful performance-based upside rather than a conventional role
