Grow Your Project Career Supporting Major Healthcare Expansion ProgramsPlay a key role in coordinating FF&E commissioning activities that help deliver modern, high-quality healthcare facilities.About This Role Your new role: This Position Provides Project Coordination And Administrative Support To Facilitate The Successful Planning, Selection And Commissioning Of Furniture, Fittings And Equipment (FF&E) Across Major Health Infrastructure Projects. You Will

  • Support the planning, coordination and delivery of FF&E commissioning activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Work collaboratively with clinicians, contractors, consultants and operational stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, registers and briefing materials while monitoring project progress and identifying risks.
  • Assist with on-site coordination, infrastructure readiness activities and procurement processes supporting service expansion projects.

About You The ideal candidate is a motivated project professional who thrives in a collaborative healthcare environment and demonstrates strong organisational and stakeholder engagement capabilities. You have:

  • Demonstrated experience in project coordination or management, including planning priorities, monitoring progress and managing risks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team while managing competing priorities across multiple project sites.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality outcomes aligned with organisational values and service objectives.
