This role is located in Clayton and is 5-days on-site, with flexibility offered around this. Job Description

• Oversee all financial operations, including tax, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with new Australian financial regulations and standards, including revenue recognition.
• Lead and mentor a team of three staff members.
• Analyse financial data to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
• Assist in project-based finance work, including policy & procedure development.

The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Finance Manager will be able to demonstrate:

• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA or CA qualification, or equivalent professional certification.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex financial operations and strategies.
• Tax, reporting, and compliance knowledge.
• Strong business partnering skills with non-financial departments.
