Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Café Managers across multiple locations
• Drive operational consistency, service standards, and brand presentation
• Monitor sales, labour, and store performance, identifying improvement opportunities
• Support managers with team development, recruitment, and training
• Maintain high standards in store presentation, compliance, and guest experience
• Use reports and operational systems to track results and drive accountability
• Contribute to Managers’ Workshops and leadership development
• Champion continuous improvement and Lean practices across cafés

About You

• Experience as an Area Manager, Multi-Site Manager, or Senior Hospitality Manager
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations, labour management, and store performance
• Experience using Microsoft 365, rostering, and operational systems
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
