Mobilize is seeking a capable and proactive Marketing & Sales Coordinator to support marketing activity, sales pipeline management, and client engagement initiatives. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is highly organised, deadline-driven, and comfortable working across marketing, proposals, CRM administration, and business development support.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate marketing activity across digital and print channels, including content, collateral and brand consistency
  • Source, manage and organise project imagery and marketing content
  • Support proposals, tenders, EOIs and preparation of client presentations
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track pipeline activity and provide basic reporting
  • Research target clients and key decision-makers, including sourcing contact details
  • Coordinate client meetings, follow-ups and associated administration
  • Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to support events, trade shows and client engagement



Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in marketing, sales support, or coordinator roles; desirable: construction, engineering, B2B, or tender/proposal experience
  • Strong written communication, attention to detail, and a good eye for design and presentation
  • Confident using Canva, Adobe or similar content tools, and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable using CRMs and managing data accurately
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage priorities
