Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Canberra for a Production Room Manager. The Production Room Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in the production room, managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely production of workwear and promotional items. Salary is $76,515 - $80,000 plus Superannuation.

• Experience in production planning and scheduling
• Strong communicator with the ability to manage a diverse team
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• At least 2 years proven experience in a production, manufacturing, or similar supervisory role.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
