Role Overview As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key leadership role in translating complex business needs into technical solutions. Leveraging your extensive analytical expertise, you will lead requirements gathering, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and mentor junior team members. Your strategic insight will drive project success, especially in Salesforce implementations, and you will foster continuous process improvements. This position offers a platform to demonstrate thought leadership and influence key business initiatives in a fast-paced consulting environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions, including stakeholder interviews and workshops.
  • Collaborate closely with Senior Consultants, Project Managers, and clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Analyze business processes and data to identify optimization opportunities and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Develop comprehensive functional specifications, process flows, and technical documentation.
  • Oversee and support user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring solutions align with business goals.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and project team members.
  • Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders’ executive review.
  • Manage and maintain detailed project documentation, tracking progress and ensuring traceability.
  • Contribute to project planning, risk management, and best practice development.

Skills And Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with demonstrated success in complex projects.
  • Deep understanding of business processes, data analysis, and technology integration.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce, CRM systems, or similar platforms.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and relevant analysis tools.
  • Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Salesforce certifications preferred.
