Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant, based in Brisbane, QLD with some work-from-home flexibility. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, including phone etiquette, clerical tasks, and executive administrative assistance. Day-to-day tasks also include managing communications, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and files.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Executive Administrative Assistance experience
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with office software and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in financial services is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
