About The Role As a Client Funding and Services Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting clients to navigate NDIS and other funding streams while connecting them to the right services within MSWA. You’ll ensure clients are set up for success by coordinating services, managing funding allocations, and identifying any risks or gaps in utilisation. With a strong focus on accuracy, compliance and client outcomes, you’ll help individuals maximise their funding while supporting their independence and overall wellbeing. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of client service, administration and funding coordination. This is a permanent full-time position with 75 hours per fortnight. This position is based in Kilkenny, South Australia. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate client intake, assessments, goal setting and service agreements
  • Review referrals to ensure eligibility and alignment with MSWA service offerings
  • Develop and maintain client service plans aligned to funding and individual needs
  • Schedule and coordinate services including nursing, allied health and support delivery
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, families and carers throughout their journey
  • Monitor client satisfaction, resolving issues and escalating concerns where required
  • Manage and monitor funding allocations, identifying risks, under/over utilisation and opportunities
  • Support billing, invoicing, reconciliation and funding data accuracy
  • Maintain accurate records within CRM systems (including Lumary)
  • Ensure all documentation and processes align with NDIS compliance requirements
  • Build collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders

Must-haves:

  • Experience in client services, funding coordination, health administration or disability services
  • Working knowledge of NDIS or similar funding frameworks
  • Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail and financial accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management systems
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module
