As a Senior Consultant, Transformation, you will join NAB’s Enterprise Customer Onboarding & Mastering (ECOM**)** Domain to help power NAB’s customer obsession, through world class customer onboarding and high integrity, trusted customer profiles. This role offers a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of strategy and execution—driving high-impact initiatives, shaping cross-domain delivery, and influencing outcomes that directly support NAB’s customer-first vision and long-term strategic objectives. Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Drive strategic development and effective delivery of the NAB Enterprise Customer Onboarding and Mastery transformation roadmap, aligning initiatives with NAB’s enterprise strategy and customer vision.
  • Define and help orchestrate complex, cross-domain programs—such as the “Reconfirm My Identity” Must Win Battle, ensuring timely, compliant, and customer-focused outcomes.
  • Shape customer-centric solutions and champion human-centred design to deliver seamless onboarding experiences and scalable trusted customer profile services.
  • Craft and present compelling strategic narratives, business cases, and performance insights to senior stakeholders and governance forums, influencing prioritisation and investment decisions.
  • Foster cross-functional alignment by building strong partnerships across business, technology, risk, and external vendors to ensure cohesive execution and shared accountability.
  • Proactively manage operational risks and uncover strategic opportunities that enhance resilience, efficiency, and customer trust.

  • Demonstrable experience in strategy development and communication, with a desire to shape and deliver transformation roadmaps
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder influence
  • Strong commercial acumen and quantitative analytical skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with experience in HCD and agile delivery models
  • Proven ability to manage complex initiatives and drive outcomes
  • Deep understanding of risk, compliance, and regulatory environments
  • Ability to identify scalable, enterprise-wide opportunities
  • Experience with complex organisations
  • Experience with customer onboarding and profile mastering highly regarded
